Boxercise

Today at FLOSC (Monday 17/5/21), we did a health Hub activity called Boxercise. It involves boxing to the beat of the music. This was a great activity for us because we learnt new skills and moves, like how to punch properly with jab and cross technique.

It is part of the Health Hub activities because it a great way to have fun and be active at the same time. It is also great for our future lifestyle as it can be the start of learning self defence and gain strength.

To do Boxercise you need some music and some boxing gloves. The key is to keep moving until the music stops, practicing your techniques. Everyone from all ages can enjoy this exercise as it is fun and energy packed.

We hope we can do this activity again soon to share with you our progress.
